In this case, there will be an additional surcharge ranging from $5-20 depending on the size of the item. Orders placed before 2pm EST on regular business days (Monday through Thursday - excluding holidays) will ship out the next available business day from our warehouse; those placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays will ship out the second next available business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on Fridays. As soon as your order ships, you&#x2019;ll receive an email with tracking information for your package. You can track your package with the provided tracking number on UPS.</span></p><p>Any questions about our shipping policy can be directed to our Customer Service Team who are available from 9am-5pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
